7.01: Taboo

Hellllloooo all! Are you ready for your first minigame of CYCLE 7? That's right, it's TABOO.


How to play:

- Respond to the below thread titled "REQUEST A WORD".
- I will then PM you the word you have to try to describe.
- Come back to this post and comment with your description of 10 words or less.
- Your description must not contain itself, 5 other words, and 1 taboo category. I'll give an example here:

Thanks for requesting! Your word is DAGGER.

Your description must not contain the following words:
- Garnet
- Weapon
- Pointy!
- Thief
- Ninja
- CATEGORY= *ANY DAGGER NAME*

This is to reduce the easiness of describing your word by only saying one thing like "MAGE MASHER". Most words have a taboo category, but some will not.

Points
10 points - Requesting a word and having at least one person answer correctly
5 points (up to a max of 20 points) - Answering someone else's description correctly

In total you could win 30 points :D

I seriously hope I have enough words for you guys. I may make separate threads for bonus rounds that will not be screened because this game is just too much fun being interactive. Points will no doubt increase. Joy is to be had. GO FORTH, AND DESCRIBE

So, just to clarify, as per example above, DAGGER would be a possibility but MAGE MASHER isn't?

Yes, basically --- I would not give out the word Mage Masher as a taboo word because I don't want to risk the idea of someone not knowing what mage masher is (I know you can wiki it). It's fine to DESCRIBE your taboo word using a specific reference, but that may exclude others who don't get your reference, ya know!
